We understand your requirements.
You provide us with your requirements based on a list we will share with you.

We screen and visit on your behalf.
We screen the market, organize visits for you, and, upon agreement, can visit on your behalf to provide you with detailed photos and videos.
3.
We ensure a seamless closing.
We take care of all the documents required to conclude the process. In case of rentals, we will apply to the properties on your behalf. In case of purchase, we will advice you on the steps to follow.
Our Pricing
For Purchases
Success fee*: 2% of purchase price (min. CHF 10'000)
For Rentals
Success fee*: 100% of first monthly rent (min. CHF 3'500)
*To cover our dedicated time and expenses, a pre-agreed fee will apply if no contract is signed following the predetermined period or number of property visits.
