We support you in the process of finding your dream home - for purchasing or renting.
Requirements definition
You provide us with your requirements based on a list we will share with you.
Screening & visits
We screen the market and organize visits for you. In case you cannot join the visit - based on our availability and agreement - we can visit for you and provide you with photos and videos.
Finalization of process
We take care of all the documents required to conclude the process. In case of rentals, we will apply to the properties on your behalf. In case of purchase, we will advice you on the steps to follow.
OUR PRICING
FOR PURCHASES
Success fee:
2% of the purchase price
(minimum of CHF 10'000)
In case no apartment purchase contract is signed through our searches after a period of 3 months and a certain amount of visits, a fee may be charged to cover our expenses.
FOR RENTALS
Success fee:
100% of the first monthly rent
(minimum of CHF 3'000)
